Migiem (Polish for “in a flash”) is a simple KSeF app for sole traders (JDG) and small businesses in Poland: no accounting software, no subscription, no hunting for the right field. From 1 January 2027 the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) covers even the smallest businesses. Connect Migiem in a few minutes, and invoicing comes down to three steps: client, amount, done. The app interface is in Polish. INVOICING • VAT e-invoices compliant with KSeF 2.0 (FA(3) schema), sent to KSeF with one tap • Client details filled in from the NIP number (Ministry of Finance VAT register) • 23%, 8%, 5%, 0%, exempt (zw) and out-of-scope (np) rates, multiple line items • Business, private person or foreign buyer (EU, export, reverse charge) • Enter net or gross prices, whichever suits you • Bank transfer, cash or card, payment terms, sale date, split payment (MPP) • "Issue again": the next invoice for a regular client in seconds • A service catalogue that learns from your invoices and suggests line items • Correction invoices for any invoice you have issued PDF WITH QR CODE • A clean invoice PDF with the KSeF QR code • Send it to your client by email or any messaging app WORKS OFFLINE No signal, or KSeF not responding? The invoice is created right away in offline mode with its QR codes, and the app sends it to KSeF automatically once you are back online. Enter your NIP and your company details fill in automatically. 2. Add your free KSeF certificate from the KSeF Taxpayer App (step-by-step guide inside), or a token. 3. Issue your first e-invoice. You can also start right away and connect KSeF later; your invoices will wait in the queue. WHO IT IS FOR An invoicing app for sole traders, freelancers, service providers and small businesses in Poland that issue a handful to a few dozen invoices a month and want KSeF off their mind. If you need full accounting, Migiem is not for you. If you just want to issue an invoice in KSeF quickly, it is.
