Ok but on iPhone there is no sound for push notification, please resolve it as soon is possible we didn’t know about upcoming reservations until we see them on telephone or iPad. Booksy states that commission is charged only on a client’s first visit. However, we operate two salons, and many of our clients visit both locations. In these cases, Booksy continues to mark those clients with the “rocket” icon and charges a commission, even though they are already existing clients within our business.Previously, when such a situation occurred, we could confirm that the client had already visited one of our salons. However, Booksy has now changed the policy and only allows these claims to be submitted within 7 days.This creates a clear contradiction. If the commission is truly intended to apply only to a client’s first visit, then the ability to verify that a client has already visited our business should not be limited to a 7-day window. In practice, this means that commission is not always being charged on the first visit, but rather based on whether the verification is submitted within the new deadline.We would appreciate clarification on how this policy aligns with Booksy’s statement that commission is charged only on a client’s first visit.

For two months I have been trying to cancel my subscription and have sent four emails to customer support. I received no response or callback, while charges continue to be taken from my account.The main issue is that users cannot cancel the subscription themselves. Unlike most modern services, cancellation is not available in the app and requires contacting support and waiting for a phone call that never comes.There is also no clear control over payments after adding a card, and it is not transparent that users cannot remove their payment method or stop billing directly.I do not recommend this service.
