the application is worse instead of better. constant changes, everything is paid, even photos are processed worse, I regret that I did not buy Brother there you do not have to pay extra for everything like in cricut.

Every time there is an update the app begins to be more difficult, the ease of use is getting really bad. In the ipad app when you design - the machine is cutting through the patterns. Horrible update. Fighting with the machine all weekend and still didn’t get the job done

Confirm each layer is set to the correct operation (not everything set to “Basic Cut” by mistake)2. Double-check your material setting and pressure, as too much pressure can cause over-cutting3. If using Print Then Cut, run a full recalibration (printed at 100% scale)4. Save your project, close the app, and reopen it before hitting “Make It” to clear any Canvas glitchesFor the iPad performance and usability issues:1. Fully close and reopen the app before starting a project2. Make sure iPadOS is fully updated3. Try working with fewer layers at a time while designing4. If possible, switch to a Windows or Mac computer, which is currently more stable for both design and cuttingPlease report this directly so it can be tied to your device and project type. Tap the ❓ icon and select Report a bug.If you can add a photo or short video of the result, that helps a lot. The app will automatically include device and OS details. Todo el rato se hace cambios horribles . Cada dia es mas dificil todo . Esta version nueva tiene mas fallos que nunca. No se puede trabajar ! Se cambia solo de pegatina a espejo , dibujos cambian sitio , es super lento . Sinceramente estoy luchando todo el dia para hacer trabajo que normalmente estaba haciendo en 15 minutos .

Guardar el proyecto con frecuencia antes de hacer cambios2. Cerrar completamente la app y volver a abrirla antes de empezar3. Desinstalar la app, reiniciar el dispositivo y volver a instalarla4. Verificar que el sistema operativo esté actualizado5. Evitar proyectos muy pesados mientras editas (muchas capas o imágenes)6.
