I use the app more since 3 years. It helps me to keep focus on important messages. It works seamlessly and has perfect sync with many email servers I use for personal and business activities. I also recently contacted support. The response was quick. And we found a bug in Outlook to GMail communication, but not in Spark. Spark does the job very well. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

I have to admit I quit Spark to explore alternative options but eventually went back to it mainly for: Smart 2.0 (missing on Desktop…), Put Aside (this is like pinning but better as it doesn’t mess up with zero-inbox strategy and is useful) and general aesthetics. What I miss is adhering to the default iOS behaviours such as:- predictable behaviour when swiping from the side of the screen (slide left = go back, not to the previous message)- normal, native animations, especially when dragging- less clicks when attaching files etc, it feels so expensive to choose which file system (in my case only one) to use- better background updates- messages caching instead of showing blank screen and refetching them (on slower speeds this is… annoying)And the Desktop app is… a forgotten app really. It doesn’t have the same features and writing emails on it feels so Outlook 2000-ish. Too many formatting options available (and never used), replying in a window instead of context, no Smart 2.0. I just wish I could run iPad app on my desktop (haven’t tried, not sure if possible), as it’s so much better.

If you want to have ‘priority inbox’ experience with consistent MacOS / iPadOS / iOS interface look no further. The only *really* annoying thing is chosen size of fonts. Small fonts (and lack of choice!!) on the list of messages are excusable although annoying. The real issue is that you cannot zoom while typing or viewing a message. You have two choices: set 12pt font and have messages that use sensibly sized font (just like you Outlook-using peers) but suffer ridiculously small font in message editor; or set 14pt font, see what you type, and have messages with ridiculously sized fonts on everybody else’s email apps. Having option to zoom reader panel would also help.

If you want to have ‘priority inbox’ experience with consistent MacOS / iPadOS / iOS interface look no further. The only *really* annoying thing is chosen size of fonts.
