Description
IMER CONNECT is the app designed by IMER to facilitate the use of IMER machines by operators, and offer a smart company and product experience.
With the app, you can connect the machine to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, and access various machine operation data in real time during use, or view any signal errors or faults highlighted by the machine on your device, along with instructions on how to solve them.
Everything you need to correctly operate the machine at your fingertips. With a few, simple steps, you can access all the content designed to facilitate machine operations, and interaction with IMER Customer Care.
Through a streamlined and essential interface, all of IMER contents are accessible in a user-friendly and fast way.
With the app, you can:
- Connect your device to the machine via Bluetooth, and view machine data in real time, with instructions on how to solve any possible issues
- Consult information and download catalogues and product sheets for the Equipment, Access and Concrete Units
- Consult the sales network and support network of the different Units, with geolocalization options
- Find all the channels to reach the company immediately
- Access all of IMER’s social media
- Receive updates on the product lines you are interest in
