Привет, это Интроверты! Спасибо за отзыв! Круто, что сдали экзамены. А еще в приложении можно заниматься своими делами и слушать видео в фоновом режиме!
Недоработанный функционал, слабая поддержка, скрытые условия
Идея платформы хорошая: удобно смотреть лекции, копить баллы, участвовать в рейтингах. Однако в работе слишком много недоработок. Функционал рассинхронизирован - в приложении и вебе часто разное количество баллов, сохранения слетают, одни и те же summary combo отличаются по содержанию в приложении и веб-версии. В экзаменах встречаются ошибки: неверно отмечены правильные ответы, что влияет на баллы - хотя в лекции явно указано обратное.
Контент в целом неплохой, есть достойные лекторы, но часть видео записана с неприятной озвучкой или сбивчивой подачей. Реклама платных курсов внутри лекций раздражает - особенно когда встроена дважды.
Поддержка медленная. При получении бонуса пришлось писать самой, несмотря на обещание, что свяжутся. Важно: чтобы получить приз за повышение уровня, вы обязаны оставить отзыв - это не указано нигде, но без него подарок не дают. Также физические призы доступны только на территории РФ, о чём тоже не предупреждают.
Платформа требует доработки, особенно с учётом платной подписки.
