Great app and company

Excellent service from an excellant company and app. Very quick with organising your trip. Highly recommend. I do however suggest to the developers to add an option to add the boarding pass to the wallet, if there already is this option, I apologize in advance, but if there is, please make it more obvious as I searched the whole app for it.

Consumer cheating! Scammed for 150€!

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND We booked flight for Indonesia SuperAirJet flight for 150€. The airline canceled flight and Kiwi showed us two buttons in the app refund and change flight. There was NO VISIBLE INFORMATION I have to choose one option. We changed flight by clicking the button “change flight”, and we chose new flight (actually it was exactly the same flight but with different flight number), and kiwi said we need to pay 150€ for new flight. I’ve checked on kiwi search that this flight indeed cost 150€ so I’ve book it by the button “change flight” - AGAIN THERE WAS NO INFORMATION THAT IF WE BUY NEW FLIGHT WE WILL LOOSE OPTION TO REFUND CANCELED FLIGHT. Kiwi happily took another 150€ from us and the refund button dispersed. Because of that we contacted the info line to tell them we pay for new tickets but app doesn’t allow us to refund canceled one… they were lying for almost 2 weeks that they will refund us as soon as they will get money from airline (in the app its written that it should be max around 7 days). Today they wrote to us that because we changed the flight by the special button instead of buying new one, they will not refund us the canceled flight. So apparently Kiwi made us pay 300€ for the flight that cost 150€ on their own app…. If they would only write any information that if you change then you won’t get refund, I would just click get refund and buy new flight from the beginning under new reservation….

Don’t trust them

It’s the worst travel agent ever. Don’t buy anything from them. Our two flights to home for NYE was canceled. They proposed us a 26 hours way back home or other really bad choices (they were paid by Kiwi only in a half which is ridiculous). I asked them for a refund because I wasn’t able to act on my behalf on my own, they we’re supposed to to it by theirselves. Unfortunately few hours later they responded that they can’t ask Ryanair for a refund. I tried to claim a refund directly on a Ryanair site but the details of our reservation are different that kiwi gave us so I can’t do it which means I won’t be able to have a refund for our two flight. We were forced to buy totally new tickets which were really expensive but we didn’t have any other choice to go back home and we won’t have a chance to get that money back.
