Push notifications not working
As the title says… main function of the not working.
The world's worst delivery service
Unfortunately, online stores mostly choose DHL as a courier delivery service.
Out of all the parcels delivered by DHL over the past year, not a single one has been delivered to me without problems - constant delays, couriers are not interested in delivering the parcel at all. The customer service cannot do anything to solve the problem.
For example, today: there is no intercom in the apartment, which I warn the courier about in a text message, but the courier decides that he cannot deliver and adds a status to the parcel that I am not at home!
How does this service still exist!?
Useless.
The app fails more often than it works. I get logged out all the time after which logging back in doesn't work.
