I bought the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 on launch day to monitor my health and daily workouts more accurately. I follow calm, joint-friendly routines (Pilates, stretching, yoga, bodyweight exercises, gentle aerobics) for 30–40 minutes each day. I aim to care for my body and health — and expected the device to reflect that.Problem: The band does not recognize these low-intensity sessions, even when manually started. As a result, my activity and vitality scores remain almost zero. Ironically, simple actions like crossing the street or climbing stairs register as activity — but my intentional, beneficial workouts do not.I’ve contacted support twice:1.First reply: suggested to reboot the device and consult the manual.2.Second reply: directed me to leave feedback in the app.No technical investigation, no escalation, no promise of future improvement.This is not a whim or luxury. If Smart Band 10 doesn’t count low-intensity workouts, it’s simply useless for people who do them. I was used to Huawei and I deeply regret turning to Mi. Workouts with low intensity like joga doesn’t register. At all. Synchronization with the Smart Band 9 Pro takes full minutes. If I set the Alarm on my watch and not in the app it doesn’t do anything, it still vibrates with the setting from the app. The whole experience is basically unpleasant. And the worst of all, it I set a times to count down couple of minutes (for example when I’m cooking something) I can’t use any other option in a meantime. It’s completely stuck on a countdown. I was not expecting it to be this bad when it’s so popular. The only thing that I can give a star to is the graphics of the app - it’s pleasant.

I though that it will be better for my mi band 7 than Zepp Life, and at the start everything seems to be ok but the notifications are Terrible! I only can choose whether I want to have all notifications or not at all.. I don’t want to have notifications from Facebook or messenger but I can’t turn it off cause I only have toggle with “other apps”, are you serious? It’s band for basic activity tracking and notifications and the mail feature is not even supported…in Zepp life and mifit I could choose from which application I want to have notification and from which I don’t. It’s terrible I think I need to switch back to Zepp Life

Crashing on each workout

iPhone 13 Mini, after starting the workout, the app soon crashes, smart band 9 mentions weak gps signal then, asking to go open air. After some (too) long time it comes back and, from then on, the GPS trace is being captured fine, but the beginning is always messed up. This also makes the final distance reduced a lot. When it happens, if I run the app manually, I see it is loading from scratch, and as soon as it loads up, the band is fine again. Please fix those crashes, as GPS tracking is almost not working at all. It's not only me, lots of guys online have this problem as well.
