EDIT: Notifications now work pretty well, everything went smooth for some fine, but now the app throws error when I trying to sync. Can’t see my latest data like sleep. I still get notifications and can monitor real-time pulse in ride tab, so clearly the connection to the device itself works.I cannot enable app or e-mail notifications, it tells me to pair device and times out with an error. Other settings work fine, I was also able to disable notifications for “Mi Fit” itself, but not to enable them back afterwards...

I used ZEPP life since 2/3 years daily and was always extremely happy with this app. Everything worked perfect- connected my Mi band 6 with IPhone 8, even could add a body weight scale and the data was always transmitted smoothly and correct. I was always happy with the data it shows me: it was tidy, friendly and accurate. I could customize it as I like. Now I got a Mi band 7 pro and it forced me to install the app "Mi fitness" which is a absolute pile of crap in comparison to ZEPP life. I DESPERATELY NEED THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT THE new Mi Band 7 pro to ZEPP life. It's unavailable now. The app doesn't recognize this mi band 7 pro device. PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN! Please please!
Desperately need to connect Mi Band 7 pro with this app!

Everything was almost perfect until the latest updates. First of all the battery. 2 months ago my battery needed to be charged once a month. Now, after the latest version I need to charge it once a week. It’s a big change, especially that it happened from day to day. Moreover there are difficulties with synchronisation my MiBand 4 to the app. It also disconnects during trainings. I can’t set the alarms at all. And it’s not about my device because other MiBand users have the same problems. Please, fix it 🙏🏻 It was soooooo good earlier ☹️EDIT: Looks like everything’s fixed. Thank you 👍🏻

Hi there. I bought the mi band 3, because I thought it’s able to track badminton. Unfortunately I realized this is only some kind of weird diagnostics for your company? Now I have to choose between resigning to record my heart rate and do the good will diagnostics for free for your company, hoping you are going to introduce badminton some day or to track my activity using excercise mode which is not tracking my calories burned correctly. Than the sleep diagnosis is working also pretty bad. If I watch movie the band thinks I’m sleeping. However if I go to the toilet during the night the watch is not recognizing this as awake time which should be super easy for the accelerometer.. When are you going to release badminton support?
