Be careful with the internal wallet
The app worked fine for a regular ticket purchase using a bank card. However, initially I chose the option to load funds to the internal wallet which as it turned out has been a very big mistake. The app took the money from my bank card under Apple Pay and loaded the funds into the internal wallet. But guess what? I cannot use them because I need to send my ID documents for verification prior to spending money, but why not vice versa??! Surprisingly, none of my documents worked no matter how many times I tried because of some third party service doing that automatically and there is no human available to double check the results, which is crazy. I believe this is unfair and fraudulent to take my money and then require for some documents that they cannot validate manually and tell me whats wrong with them. Eventually I had to contact support and delete the whole account in order to get my money back. So much waste of time.
Fix bugs
Multiple bugs at least in parking functionality. You basically need to restart the app every time you want to use it. It’s annoying and don’t align with iOS workflow. Also why I can’t pay directly with my card which is linked to my account? I know it’s all about the money, so app can charge me for it, but it’s one of multiple pains that come with using mpay. Stop focusng on bells and whistles and fix fundamentals. Overall App is useful but so so so annoying in the same time. Btw let me mark as read all notifications with single click. Why does it have to be so complicated?
Nice app ruined by an update
Update:
Can we please get rid of the ticket activation screen and jump straight to the QR? It's been activated because I need to scan it, right?
Also can we make ticets icon transparent when there are no purchased tickets and colour when I have tickets left?

Used to be my source of joy, now it's a reason he I miss subway.
Previously autonomous ticket purchase now sends me to the bank app for confirmation.
No transaction success icon or message- first time I bought 3 tickets before realising it worked.
My tickets icon transparent even when I have a bunch of tickets there- no idea why.
Very slow loading of the qr codes 😩
Just cumbersome where it was easy to use.
