The order never came 🥺

After 1.5h of waiting for my order, I’ve decided to check what is going on with it at the restaurant carriage :)
After another 15min of staying in line, lady told they’ve never got my order. So, I had to order again. Btw, few items were missing. Tow lady asked me about my place and said that they will bring food in 10min to my place.
After 20 min another guy run into carriage with my order and was loudly yelling “whose the order, it’s the last time we are bringing orders, we do not have a time for it!”
Weird situation and weird stuff actions. Anyway, cannot to rate app on different way because it’s simply of not being supported by stuff

i ordered a chicken sandwich and it took them around 10 minutes to deliver, it was warm, bread was quite fresh. i ordered at 10 pm so quite late, and there were no problems with payment by card. the app is really simple but works fine especially with bad internet connection.
i’d like to have more choices, especially of breads and in general; but overall it’s an app that gets you food delivered straight to your train seat. no complaints

Does not work.

After waiting for 30 minutes or so, status on the app changed to “processed”.
Nothing ever came, my 3 hour ride came and went but food was nowhere to be found.
Major suggestion:
Make an option to report ignored orders so you know which ones ware actually processed instead of asking people in the review replies.
Make it appear in the same section where I have the order status information.
