Cheap, no customer friendly features like cancellation of order, no ability to order another order

Horrible experience, app feels like it was made by an intern... And I'm not even talking about UI but about system architecture. No ability to cancel an order if it was made too fast, one forgot something or else. If you have ordered something and want to order something else for example for your kids, partner or whatever it is IMPOSSIBLE until this order is complete... Just simple garbage, honestly it's better to just go to the cart then actually use this toilet paper of a software

After 1.5h of waiting for my order, I’ve decided to check what is going on with it at the restaurant carriage :) After another 15min of staying in line, lady told they’ve never got my order. So, I had to order again. Btw, few items were missing. Tow lady asked me about my place and said that they will bring food in 10min to my place. After 20 min another guy run into carriage with my order and was loudly yelling “whose the order, it’s the last time we are bringing orders, we do not have a time for it!”Weird situation and weird stuff actions. Anyway, cannot to rate app on different way because it’s simply of not being supported by stuff

i ordered a chicken sandwich and it took them around 10 minutes to deliver, it was warm, bread was quite fresh. i ordered at 10 pm so quite late, and there were no problems with payment by card. the app is really simple but works fine especially with bad internet connection.i’d like to have more choices, especially of breads and in general; but overall it’s an app that gets you food delivered straight to your train seat. no complaints

You cannot simply order, because it’s not working.I travel with my dog and wanted to order just a coffee to my seat, because i cannot come in to bar carriage with dog and simply leave my dog on my seat I cannot either. And there is a limit for order in app to 18 PLN which is more than a price for coffee. So I would need to order smth else (that I don’t want in order to receive my coffee). Also I’ve overheard that it wouldn’t be possible to order to your sit because the app doesn’t work. So it is a disaster from the start.
