look for reviews about this company on the Internet! they use a scheme where they buy one-way tickets instead of a round-trip. We bought round-trip tickets to Paris, all the money was written off from us, after which we received an email message that we were missing 0.75 cents for return tickets. Support does not r help at all, they pretend that they are trying to solve the problem, and after a couple of days a message arrives that the airline
canceled the flight and if you want to return your money, you need to pay a commission. money will not be returned to you after you pay the commission. thousands of victims of this company!
I hope it will reach a class action lawsuit and this company will be closed and all the victims will be paid money!
Terrible support
They claim to offer Polish support, but they rely on translators, leading to poor communication. When attempting to converse in English, they struggle to understand.
Despite purchasing a rescheduling service, I have difficulty rescheduling my flight. No immediate assistance is available, and I must wait for the support team to reach out. When inquiring about the timeframe for their contact, they couldn't provide any answers. Their terms state a 24-hour window for contact before the originally scheduled flight, yet it's been 48 hours or longer. The lack of assistance left me extremely dissatisfied. This isn't my first disappointing experience with their "support." I strongly advise against booking with them, as their lack of professional assistance will leave you without any support.
Don’t recommend
It’s better to buy tickets at the airline website. Phone number given does not work and the chat is not helpful, agent ended our chat before I got a chance to get all the information I wanted. My flight was rescheduled and the information is still not updated on the app, even after my intervention.
