Description

Find your bike, get on it and start cycling immediately - around the clock, with your smartphone! All you need is the nextbike by TIER app. It simplifies rentals, returns and always shows you bikes near you.

To rent, simply select the bike, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - and off you go! You can return your bike at one of our stations or in the flexzone. The map function in the app helps you to find the right return location. With our app you have everything at a glance: manage your customer account, redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback or contact our customer service.

The app can be used for all nextbike brands. Once registered, you can also ride in other brands. From now on, TIER vehicles will also be displayed in selected cities in the nextbike by TIER app. You can rent these vehicles via a deep link in the TIER app.

Aplikacja czasami zwalnia

From the bad: the support service responds for a long time if you leave them a message. From a good support service instantly helps to solve questions if you call. You need to know Polish or English to talk! The bikes are super. New. It is 20 times cheaper compared to an electric scooter. This is if you count 3 zlot per hour from the second hour, and if the first hour is only 1 zlot, which is 60 times cheaper than an electric scooter. I recommend it to everyone. Thank the nextbiker team for the excellent application and excellent service.

Customer service non-existent

There's an option to report a problem with your rental which I used when I realised my bike return wasn't registered. Typed in the details and pressed "Submit". After another hour when the return was somehow finally registered and I was charged for an extra hour which I hadn't used, I reported it again asking for a refund. Haven't heard from them for well over a week. Not even a sign of my messages being received, not even a trace left of my sending them.

I don't really care about the 3 PLN I seem to have lost to nextbike and I'm not going to call my local nextbike hotline to fight the refund which seems to be the standard advice from the developer to other reviewers posting similar issues here. I just think that providing a "Report a problem" option and then not responding to customers using it is really bad practice (incidentally, the hotline number available from within the app is different from the one provided by the developer in their responses to other reviews here).

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP

Not recommended 100%, application didn’t recognize I locked the bike, as I noticed that far from the point I left the bike - I called customer service and they said “sorry we can’t do anything, this is a technical issue, please wait until somebody else will rent your bike and write a report for money refund”. I went a checked that bike was locked, made a photo. After TWO days my rent was stopped and it calculated me 1700 zloty. I sent 4 reports to the Next Bike and also a direct mail with evidence photos. On 4 they said “we’re figuring out your problem” and on the letter they answered in 1.5 weeks that it is my fault and I parked bike, didn’t lock it (which is lol as I have photos that it was locked). They are now wants me to pay that amount or to go into court.
Very nice service.
