Great with some minor flaws

The app usually works great and is really responsive. I experience some issues though:
• bike availability should never show outdated data. Sometimes I approach a station thinking there’s several bikes available, but it turns out it’s empty after a couple of seconds. If the data is not up to date, you should show a warning or loading symbol/information.
• the widget would be more useful if it displayed rental time additionally to just rented bike information.
• the widget is actually blank as of now for me, shows empty black field, it used to work a couple of updates ago.
• how about an Apple Watch app? It would be great to quickly glance at your rental status instead of having to pull out your phone while on a bike or maybe even rent a bike by entering its ID on the device.

Customer service non-existent

There's an option to report a problem with your rental which I used when I realised my bike return wasn't registered. Typed in the details and pressed "Submit". After another hour when the return was somehow finally registered and I was charged for an extra hour which I hadn't used, I reported it again asking for a refund. Haven't heard from them for well over a week. Not even a sign of my messages being received, not even a trace left of my sending them.

I don't really care about the 3 PLN I seem to have lost to nextbike and I'm not going to call my local nextbike hotline to fight the refund which seems to be the standard advice from the developer to other reviewers posting similar issues here. I just think that providing a "Report a problem" option and then not responding to customers using it is really bad practice (incidentally, the hotline number available from within the app is different from the one provided by the developer in their responses to other reviews here).

From the bad: the support service responds for a long time if you leave them a message. From a good support service instantly helps to solve questions if you call. You need to know Polish or English to talk! The bikes are super. New. It is 20 times cheaper compared to an electric scooter. This is if you count 3 zlot per hour from the second hour, and if the first hour is only 1 zlot, which is 60 times cheaper than an electric scooter. I recommend it to everyone. Thank the nextbiker team for the excellent application and excellent service.
