At least 420 questions. 10 per quiz. One score that measures how much manager you really are. Take the quiz. Get your certificate. Try not to get defenestrated.
How much manager are you? Find out. Then regret it.
PeakManager is a satirical quiz that measures your Corporate Management Energy™ on a scale of 0 (still useful) to 100 (you ARE the meeting). Derived from The Grand Game of Software Engineering, it asks the questions HR won't — and scores the answers they'd rather not see.
THE QUIZ
Each session pulls 10 random questions from a bank of over 400, covering the full spectrum of corporate dysfunction: pointless meetings, aggressive delegation, gaslighting by management, hot desking, stakeholder management, performance reviews, and the dark art of replying-all. Every answer is scored on how much "manager energy" it radiates. Choose wisely. Or don't — that's also a management skill.
THE SCORING
Your average score determines your rank, from "Developer" (congratulations, you're still productive) through "Middle Management" (the beige is calling) to the terrifying "Full Manager Mode" (you have become the PowerPoint). Each rank comes with a personalised assessment of your corporate damage potential.
THE CERTIFICATE
Complete all 10 questions and receive an official PeakManager™ Certificate of Assessment, graded from F+ ("For showing up and pressing buttons") to A++ ("You have achieved total management singularity. You are the meeting. The PowerPoint is you. There is no escape."). Share it with colleagues. Frame it. Put it on LinkedIn. We can't stop you.
THE EJECT BUTTON
Can't handle the truth? Hit Eject at any time to be defenestrated — thrown from the building mid-quiz. Unanswered questions score zero. Your personal effects will be mailed to you. You will receive a formal Notice of Termination and the rank of "Quitter." Security will escort you out. Do not take the stapler.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Anyone who has ever sat through a meeting that should have been an email. Anyone who has been asked to "take this offline" when they were already offline. Anyone whose calendar looks like a Tetris board designed by someone who hates them.
Play it at your desk. Play it in a meeting. Play it during a meeting about meetings. Your manager won't notice — they're too busy managing.
No managers were harmed in the making of this app. Several were accurately described.
