The Sonicare app monitors your habits, like if you’re reaching all areas of your mouth, how long you brush or how much pressure you’re using, and coaches you with tailored advice. This coaching helps to ensure consistent, complete coverage, every time you brush.
Some features, like position sensing, are only available to DiamondClean Smart or FlexCare Platinum Connected users.
The Progress Report connects to your Sonicare toothbrush to collect your brushing habits. Each week, you will receive an accurate, easy-to-read report, giving you the brushing insights you need to improve and maintain your oral health.
Automatic brush head reordering service
Never run out of replacement brush heads again. The Sonicare app monitors your brush head’s actual usage and the brush head reordering service automatically delivers replacements, right when you need them.
The brush head reordering service is currently available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Japan and Italy.

Philips, You have a problem.
After the last update the Sonicare app crashes anytime I launch it (iPhone 7 Plus, latest iOS version installed). One of the main features of the toothbrush is now unavailable thanks to your completely unprofessional developers, who released the app without testing it.
If the app won’t be fixed in next few days I will contact your product support for a full refund.
Since 5 days when new version 4.3.2 of app and iOS 12 were released - app crashes everytime when started making no use of my Sonicare on iPhone7. Until that moment - it was superb.
