We kindly inform you that the last iOS update to version 16.0 caused problems in Poczta o2 application. The upcoming update of our application will remove the indicated problem.

Last changes on the mailbox

I am really disappointed by the last changes you made on the mailbox. It blocked my access to the account. Moreover I was informed by one of your consultants that the account does not belong to me but to a man and probably it was overtaken by somebody and I can do nothing but report it to the police. Fortunately I called once more the call centre after some one and another consultant unblocked my access and he told me there was not any strange activity on my account. But I was already so stressed after what the first consultant had told me that I decided to change my mailbox after maybe 20 years of experience with you. Inform somebody that his/her account does not belong any more to him/her is a serious mistake. Best regards

Dangerous email service - Do not use

I forgot my password and reset SMS does not work (I pay for it and the codes do not reset); recovery question doesn't work; finally, contacted their customer service and after 1 hour of waiting and half hour of answering questions, they didn't recover my account. 15+ years email gone with a lot of damage happening right now thanks to this horrible service. Totally unreliable and absolutely mad treatment. This is an email service where your digital life relies on it; not the bar at the corner serving you a bad beer.
