2.0 update

After updating the app there were problems right from the beginning.

I just don’t understand how one can take just well working app and change it to this unusable thing that we have now.

My phone updates apps without my permission to do so therefore I have everything up to date however mObywatel 2.0 after updating needed to be set all over again with my data. one can imagine my frustration when I was in need of using the app promptly and I couldnt. And that caused me more problems.

After finally putting my data all over again (that takes some time for example with a student card its needed to put a request with the university and the wait a few days) it turned out my mDowód doesn’t seem to working at all whereas my student card worked just fine.

I contacted help service via email, waited a week for response that said: my id card doesn’t work because my phone is set to display 12h clock format not 24h!!!

And that is just ridiculous having in mind that previous app version had no problem with that!! So frustrating, improve your app!!!

Terrible Update and Broken Functionality

I’ve been a user of mObywatel for years, and while it wasn’t the top application out there, I appreciated its convenient access to online services. However, with mObywatel 2.0 (application version 4.12+), key features, which are still advertised as selling points, no longer function. Push notifications to confirm identity using Profil Zaufany no longer come through, and integrations with other services like Bilkom have been disrupted.

While they’ve updated the graphic interface to give it a contemporary look, it seems they’ve compromised much of its functionality in the process. It appears there’s been little quality assurance on the newer versions. The development team should be fired and replaced with real engineers with the skills and expertise to enhance the application.

Crash app

After updating the application, it crashes when opened. I can't use it. I also ask you to correct the language settings of the application, because if my phone is in Cyrillic, it does not mean that I need Ukrainian by default. In this case, set by default either the language to which the phone is installed or the Polish language. I think it would be more logical. Thanks!
