It is mandatory to sign the "Regulations for the provision of electronic services" in one of LUX MED medical center's to get full access to your account. Downloading and using the application may involve standard data charges, according to the operator's tariff. Making calls to the LUX MED helpline through the application is associated with standard charges for telephone calls, in accordance with the contract concluded for mobile telephony services. Additional information: Medical specialists have access to the patient's medical records, they can commission research or issue referrals. Remember that the basic account gives access only to the limited functionality of the Portal.

Regarding the app(availability of the services and possible dates to schedule them is a separate dramatic subject),it’s been enough time to add dark mode to the app, whenever You’re opening it in dark envoirement it can be used as a flashlight. Also it will be better to add general limit to the files so user can upload one file up to 40MB instead adding 5 up to 8MB (you need to edit the summaries from any medical treatment and upload them one by one, not mentioning that sometimes You’re not able to add all files due to limitation).

I like the last update of the application, especially the timeline. I’d suggest just to highlight separation between upcoming events and history. As minimum it will be good to increase the heading font size.Additionally, it will be good to have possibility changing application language and default language for searching. I have operation system on English and unfortunately the app accepted it as default and it can’t be changed. The English version doesn’t have full functionality. As minimum I know the online construction is not supported.Also, the ‘add’ icon for account change is weird on login screen. As a user with 3 accounts, I want see the button closer to my name in the middle of the page, or list already existed accounts, so I don’t need each time click on the ‘add’ icon to chose the account I need

Pretty good app. There are 2 translations available: Polish and English. Unfortunately, some features require changing app language manually to the polish, because in English they are not available. Actually would prefer at least showing up the information in Polish in such places, but not force person to navigate manually into language settings and switch it. Just display content in Polish - that’s fine, no need to switch language, why that’s not possible? Besides that app is good.

This happens for a month already, and I find it super uncomfortable for me and disrespectful to me as a customer. I find this option to be one of the core functions. But it crashes. Wow.
