The Bombardier Proximity App developed by Bombardier Aerospace allows Bombardier Business Aircraft customers to quickly locate and contact our dedicated support team around the world. Register your aircraft to expedite your AOG event to one of our 24/7 Customer Response Centres (CRCs).
Features include:
- Online and offline capabilities
- Contact information and locations of our CRCs, support personnel, Regional Support Offices (RSOs), Bombardier Service Centres and Authorized Service Facilities
- Email and call function to report an AOG situation to our CRCs
- Ability to create personalized contact lists
