Rainflow is a Desktop application for macOS designed to help researchers with reproducible analysis and integration of their Flow Cytometry data.
Rainflow provides a user-friendly interface to analyze Flow Cytometry data stored in FCS 3.0 files. No programming knowledge is needed to use Rainflow. The application will guide you through each step of the analysis as follows:
• Setting up your experimental run configuration
• Importing FCS files
• Detecting bead standards
• Data Quality validation
• Compensation
• Sample alignment to a common reference
