Description
In the new version you will find functions known from the previous application: account balance, transfers, Your products, BLIK, Santander open, Kantor Santander or the bank's offer. We refreshed their appearance and added some new solutions.
Adjust the application to yourself. Tell us how to address you and set the wallpaper. We have prepared 7 different themes for you.
You can decide what your desktop will look like. You choose, among others from the classic and smart versions in black or red.
Double-click the Santander logo on your desktop and enable silent mode. Thanks to it, when you are, for example, in a tram, the people next to you will not see how much money you have in your account.
Keep up to date with everything that is happening on your account and card thanks to Alerts24 and quick view. If you use them in the old version of the application, re-enable them in the new one.
In the price guide, we will tell you how much you need to maintain a Santander account and the monthly fee for the card is PLN 0.
In the carbon footprint calculator, we show your approximate carbon footprint, based on purchases made with our cards. In this section you will also find tips that will help you save not only the environment but also money.
In the application, you can also check your card details, pay for parking and motorway tolls, buy public transport tickets or event tickets, and even flowers.

We have added several features to the latest version:
- blocking and unblocking cards
- search engine – supports phrases in Ukrainian and Russian
- online advisor - new applications for mortgage loans
and additional fixes for savings, transaction history and company profile.

Disappointed a bit
Hesitating between 3 and 4 stars. The app, when compared to the old version (so from before September 2023) is kind of slow. The notifications are being loaded from the beginning every time each notification is checked which is unbearable. I like the design, but the app is simply too slow to be bragging about it that much.

This app is the only reason to quit the bank
1) I often use Mobilet integration, so please imagine the use case when I already logged in how am I supposed to trigger Mobilet? I need to close the app and open it once again. Considering the app performance, it takes too much time. 2) It’d be great to have a possibility to get virtual cards. 3) Please add tracking the expenses and categories. 4) In general visual design is not consistent and clear in comparison at least with the main competitors. I can’t get rid of the feeling that design components were taken randomly from different apps from 2005. The flows are not well-considered and require redundant steps and not intuitive. 5) Last but not least, “Alert 24” copy is a huge UX disaster. Fist of all, it doesn’t have any valuable info in push notification for me, and second, every time when I see it, I think that my account has been blocked or something like that.
App revamp is horrible!
New app is slow and sluggish. Design is very crowded, not user friendly. But the worst part is the complexity of each step that has increased! What used to take 2 clicks, now takes like 10! Also, login screen on ios does not give any feedback while using face id to log in to the app - so the user never knows whether he clicked face id button or not. Overall, from the best app on the market when it comes to banking, it became one of the worst... (I will never understand big corpos making unnecessary changes, as if they had too much money and decided to spend it somehow - and they decided to make a new app, even though the old one was PERFECT)
The only positive thing about the update is that everything still works as intended when it comes to services offered.
