Great app, but lacks customization

I've had a great time using IKO app - it is very functional, gathers a lot of options in one place and makes funds management easier. However, I spotted few issues and none of them were present in Santander mobile app:
- It seems default style of the account displaying cannot be changed - they are too big which lowers clarity. I would prefer an alternative, "compact" view.
- Same goes with fonts. They are big, limiting amount of information on the screen. Maybe some people need it, but customization would be a good middle ground.
- After I opened company profile, all my accounts are now mixed together. I also don't have the possibility to switch profiles (like it can be done in the online portal). I consider closing my company accounts and switch back to Santander because of this mess. I can't even imagine how messy this will get if I migrated my currency accounts as well.

Work and functionality

Firstly want to say thanks to the dev team for a high quality product. It is working good and I didn’t find any problems with interface. It is clear and understandable.
But I have only one attention. If it is possible it will be a great function to receive notification from IKO that the service will be upgrade( day and time). Sometimes I had difficulties cause of that.
Will be happy to hear if my advice is useful.

Good app, regularly improving

I’m using IKO on daily basis and it is working flawlessly but it has its hiccups from time to time. E.x. It shows push notifications about BLIK incomes again few days after transaction or it timeouts to connect with the bank on worse internet connection (3G). I also discovered that cash status on main page and on “my products” page is sometimes different especially after transaction.
In general great app - uses new technologies keeps maintaining them.
