I've had a great time using IKO app - it is very functional, gathers a lot of options in one place and makes funds management easier. However, I spotted few issues and none of them were present in Santander mobile app:- It seems default style of the account displaying cannot be changed - they are too big which lowers clarity. I would prefer an alternative, "compact" view.- Same goes with fonts. They are big, limiting amount of information on the screen. Maybe some people need it, but customization would be a good middle ground.- After I opened company profile, all my accounts are now mixed together. I also don't have the possibility to switch profiles (like it can be done in the online portal). I consider closing my company accounts and switch back to Santander because of this mess. I can't even imagine how messy this will get if I migrated my currency accounts as well.

Can’t open business accounts

I’ve used it for ages. It was good for personal account so I wanted to open a business account. I’ve tried 4 times. Each time it was stock at the end. I couldn’t finish. Infolinie was not able to fix it , there was unrecognizable error, and I needed to go to the bank. I wrote few mails to the nearest bank to set a meeting but no one replied. I opened in Millennium by app. After around 25 years in PKO I’m closing the account. Sad.

App restrictions led to money loss

First of all, I lost my money using this app. I have two accounts in pln and usd (both are related to pko). When I tried to move my money from one account to another (from usd to pln) I chose “own transfer”. During this operation application didn’t show the currency exchange rate which is going to be applied to current operation (didn’t show any rate, just completed the operation). I was absolutely confident that exchange rate is similar (or near) to the official in Poland, however it was absolutely not profitable. When I asked bank support to revert the operation, since I was not aware about exchange rate, they told that “official pko bank site provides the full information regarding exchange rates, so we are not able to revert this operation”, however from my point of view, before any operation with currencies app should provide proper exchange rate since i wish to do this operation in app not in browser and exchange rate might change in any minute. At least only in this app I faced such issue. Everywhere before the operation with currencies I see the exchange rate. So I feel like I was deceived. Second thing that such app is absolutely restricted. There are a lot of operations that can be done only via browser (limits, appeal to pko bank and etc). And finally this app kind of confusing. I mean when you need to make some operation quickly sometimes it’s not clear how to do it and after spending a lot of time to find the solution you realize that such action could be done only in browser version (via browser not in app). If I could I prefer to put zero stars for this application. For me it’s really sad that such powerfull polish bank has such restricted application and can’t admit that the incorrect behaviour of their mobile application led to money loss for their client.

Wide range of functionality but there should be some improvements: 1) To have possibility to see card transactions history on actual date when transaction was made. Now payment by card that I made on 1 November can appear in the history by date as 20 November.. too late and too confusing, because gives absolutely wrong information! This is bad experience.2) If i made currency exchange transaction between my own account - I want to see money movings at once, but not waiting 10 minutes or two days! It’s frustrating to not have currency exchange immediate result.3) I want to have possibility of sanding money to another person account at weekend4) It would be nice to have some statistics of financial expenses
