Please fix it

The app says it couldn’t connect to the internet although I have internet. I can’t change the listening settings in of my headphones now and I’m stuck with heavy bass settings and I can’t do anything about it :‌(

Good functional app

After recent update the app freezes and it’s impossible to access any settings, but since it’s updated regularly this will be fixed soon I’m sure. I don’t know why so many people hate the app. Mostl of the comments have to do with the headphones, which in my opinion work great (WH1000XM3). The touch panel works great, so does the noise canceling. Also the ambient sound control works great, it senses what you do and adjusts the level of noise cancelling to your surroundings(sometimes it may take a while). App has many functionalities, it’s easy to use and connects with my headphones automatically. I truly recommend these headphones and this app as well. They update regularly so any problems are fixed and new functionalities are added.

Volume increase after pause+notification

Good app, doing what it should, but lately 1 or 2 updates ago strange problem occured. Volume at it’s own increases after receiving any notification during pause.
Let’s say I listem on 30%, than pause, than notification from any app comes, I resume playback and bum! 80% volume… if a notification does not sound during pause volume does not increase after playback resume..
I already contacted sony support and send my WF-1000xm4 for warranty (few other problems as well) both earphones has been replaced under warranty but problem persists so I assume it’s the app itself, or iOS…
I don’t want to be crazy about risk of hear loss or sth but It’s really, really annoying.. Please fix it.
