A worse version of Uber
The cars are usually old, most of the rides I had there was something wrong with a car like a check engine control or you could hear something banging.
The app itself has one big issue - I’m tired of getting the notification that my driver will pick me up in less than 2 minutes and if I’ll be late, it’s 0,25zl per each minute, but then I have to wait - like today - 7 minutes in the snow for the driver.
You ask to respect the time of your drivers, then respect mine too.
No response from support.
There are issues with notifications. I ordered a taxi and waited for notification. Once I received it I went down, but I couldn’t find any car. Before I even could call the driver I received yet another notification that my ride is canceled and my account is charged for literally nothing. Support only told me that the driver waited for me 10 minutes and cancellation is fully correct. Than they completely stopped responding.
Also there’s no interface to remove the account. I had to contact support one more time. They just notified me that I have to wait for removal 30+ days. And again I received no response on my complaint that it’s too long and against GDPR.
This is not acceptable.
My first ride with taxify was disaster. Car was driven by foreigner who wasn’t speaking my language and other languages like english. He didn’t understand me and he did not take me in the right place. I had to go by feet around 500m. Second drive didn’t take place because when I tried to order a taxi I got information that there is no taxi in my neighbourhood. I used another taxi company and when I was already on my way I got notification from taxify that someone is coming for me. I had to pay for cancelling although I finally did not order a taxi from taxify. It is very poor quality application and company. I do not recommend to use it
