I just wanted to say that I have been using the application for almost 3 years, I would never change it for a better broker. What made an amazing impression on me is very low commissions, many payment options, an extremely clear interface, many actions, many ways of trading, but most of all, amazing support, the support in this application is really at the highest level and I have never met with such quick help. I recommend this application to anyone who would like to start trading

The app sends me a request to prove the address in the EU. I have permanent residentials, and I have PERMANENT proof of living at the address I provided, but they decline all the documents that were issued not in the last 6 months. BUT I HAVE PAPERS THAT TELL IT'S PERMANENT. 🤦‍♂️I don't get any bills in my name because I'm not the owner of the flat, in Poland we don't have address proof on invoices, just name. I even send them my contract with a new bank where I get the loan and do you know what they answered? Copy-paste information about what this bank is doing... It's a joke I guess. This is a simple action we can do, ask me to send a location or so, or check the documents in the chat, just count 1 + 1 and understand, that if I have all the documents I sent, looks like I live here, what do you think?

So in my opinion, if you don't have EU citizenship and you don't own an apartment, you will face a lot of problems from scratch, and the help center will not conciser any options except sending you the same list of documents, thinking it somehow helps.

I guess I'll not be able to buy any stocks anymore, which means I gonna leave the platform to any other local, that is more user-centric and understands burocrasy differences. 👋

We do our best to simplify the verification process and prevent any hassle for our clients. Yet, as a regulated broker, we need specific documents to verify the account, and a valid Proof of Address is them. We need to follow and comply with strict compliance rules. So, the document should be a PDF file downloaded directly from the institution/received as an official letter and issued recently.

Regullary limit orders dont work - it showing that you need to have stock to sell it - even when you have shares. Overall Ok but not recomending for longer time
