I registered on Vinted with the sole intention of selling my child’s clothes and giving them a second life. Shockingly, while listing my very first item, my account was immediately blocked and I was accused of fraudulent activity. After contacting customer support, I fully cooperated and provided all the evidence they requested. This included multiple photos clearly showing that the item was in my possession — taken inside my home, on the floor, on the couch, and even with my hand visible in the pictures. Despite this undeniable proof, I was informed that they still “suspect” I might be a scammer. This approach is unacceptable. No clear explanation was given, no concrete reason was provided, and customer service took no responsibility for the situation. Instead, they relied on vague suspicions and left my account blocked, as if providing evidence was irrelevant. This experience raises serious concerns about how Vinted treats new users. Honest sellers are penalized without justification, while customer support offers no transparency or accountability. The entire process feels arbitrary and deeply unfair.I strongly discourage anyone from using this platform, especially new users. This was a complete waste of time and an extremely disappointing experience.
