I love it

Youper is a great app for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and monitor their moods, emotions and feelings. It’s very well and wisely done, it asks questions, analyzes answers and gives feedback (along with some fun facts). My therapist recommended it to me and it sure was very worth downloading. I just started and I’m already feeling more hopeful, peaceful and ready to recover.
(Also the layout and mechanics of the app... my god it’s so well designed.)
So to the designers - thank you.

At the beginning I thought Youper is the best app for anxiety and other stuff I’m dealing with, but oh my, how wrong I was.
I’ve been using it regularly for months and it’s really great to capture my mood and to discover insights. till now.
When Youper was asking for my opinion what can you guys make better, I always suggested that this app should be for free, or at least you could add some free features, because not everybody can afford it with your crazy prices.
so after last update - I found out that from now on I have to pay to discover my mood insights, which was fricking free option!!! Why would you even take it away??
Sorry not sorry, but if you’re gonna still take away features and make people pay for them, they’re going to leave you sooner than you think.
Free version of Youper is going to be totally useless 🙃

Helps

Great app. A lot of options to get better at any time. Chat bot is helpful and supportive (yes it sound weird). Only thing I’d like to see is text-to-speech option for chat bot. This would make it a even better and easier (at least for me). I like how after first couple of chats it suggest what symptoms should we monitor. Worth the money.
