Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

Pretty good app, has helped me track some adictions and seing the days go up helps me setting goals and overcoming bad habbits
Almost perfect
This subscription business doesn't make sense for these apps. I'd buy the app if it was a one time payment only. But investing monthly or yearly is not a wise investment for me.

Thank you for your review. We are aware that not everybody likes the subscription model and this is why we do offer a one time payment. When a paywall is open, tap on the "See all plans" and you will see an option "Lifetime Access".

It HELPS. a LOT!
It has helped me to stick to not smoking and not drinking alcohol for 1 year and 2 months now!
And other things ai am tracking as challenges I pose to myself.
easy, intuitive, colour coded.
Using free version is enough for me - but there’s many more options in a payed subscription that allow you to do complex tracking.
