I am writing to formally complain about the English-learning program and to request a full refund. After using the program for only five days, I have concluded that it does not provide the type of learning experience that was presented or that I expected. My main concern is that the program repeatedly focuses on asking questions about my personal life, my preferences, my opinions, and other personal matters. Instead of helping me improve my English through structured exercises, useful sentences, texts, repetition, pronunciation practice, accent correction, and grammar improvement, the lessons feel more like an ongoing personal questionnaire.I have already expressed my discomfort with this several times during the lessons, but the same pattern continues. The conversations consistently return to collecting personal information about me rather than providing the structured language-learning practice I am looking for. This is not the learning method I want, nor is it one I feel comfortable using.I expected a program focused on helping me speak better English, improve my pronunciation, correct my grammar, and practise realistic sentences and texts that I could repeat and learn from. Instead, I feel that the program is primarily based on gathering information about my personal life and using that information as the basis for the lessons. For these reasons, I would like to cancel the service and request a full refund. As I have only been using the program for five days, I would appreciate it if you could confirm the cancellation and explain the refund procedure as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
