Céu: Sua produtividade no piloto automático. DANGER - they stole your money

Absolutely disappointing experience. I signed up for the trial to test the app and cancelled just one day after the trial expired and realized the app doesn’t match my necessities , only to be charged for an entire annual subscription without any warning or grace period. This is an extremely unfriendly and predatory subscription practice. The app itself is not worth the cost, and the lack of transparency in billing is unacceptable. Customer support offered no real help and simply pointed to the “terms and conditions,” instead of trying to resolve the situation in good faith.I cannot recommend an app that prioritizes profit over user trust.

In the app I signed up for the free trial, and they charged me for the full subscription, without any previous notice. And it looks like im not the only one with the same problem. I demand a full refund.

I was robbed!I signed up for the 3-day trial and they charged me for the annual plan! I tried to request a refund through Apple, and they said I wasn’t eligible.I feel cheated because I don’t want to use the app, but they already charged me!
