I invested in Mintos based on the promise of diversification and attractive returns through third-party loan originators. However, due to poor loan originator selection and a lack of proper due diligence by the platform, I ended up losing a substantial amount of money.The Kviku case is just one example: loan companies that unilaterally violate agreements, convert debt into illiquid currencies, and disappear with investors’ funds — all under Mintos’ watch.When problems arise — which is often — Mintos communicates in cryptic, overly technical language that feels more like an attempt to deflect responsibility than to provide clarity or support.Transparency and accountability are essential in any investment platform. Unfortunately, Mintos fails on both fronts.Not recommended. If you value safety, clarity, and trust, look elsewhere.
