We enabled the "Zoom" (extended) body scan feature. The Affective Body Scan (meditation) pack is thus now somewhat longer. We improved and added labels on the Settings tab. We improved the formatting of the Packs tab.

Fixed a bug that caused the "Settings" label at the top of the Body Scan Settings tab to be inaccessible on some recent iPhones, and related layout issues on that tab.

mySleepButton 1.4.12 supports Siri Shortcuts, which is a new, iOS 12 feature. You can now add Shortcuts to tell Siri "put me to sleep", "pause", "resume", etc. You can define your own Siri incantations for mySleepButton in Apple's iOS Settings app's screen's "Siri & Search" tab or with Apple's new Shortcuts app. Checkout http://mysleepbutton.com/blog/ for further information. Improved wording to deal with cases where iOS offloads mySleepButton packs to reclaim space. When a pack has been offloaded, the label below it on the Packs tab now reads "Offloaded" rather than "expired".

Resolved crackling sound issue when using built-in speaker on some iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X devices.

A mySleepButton pack designed specifically for CHILDREN is now available as an in-app purchase! This content has been vetted to contain only words that are likely to be understood by children 4 years and up! The help files , available under Settings, reflect this new pack. Bug fixes. This version fixes an issue where users were unable to switch to female voice for French mySleepButton Scene pack (synthetic voice). More minor improvements are also included.

Replaced missing row headers on top of Stats tab. Fixed a rare issue in which some packs would spuriously be listed as expired, and attempts to restore the pack would fail.

Fixed a bug that prevented iOS 10 users from seeing the Statistics screen. Enhanced built-in scenes pack.

mySleepButton® version 1.4 contains yet another CogSci Apps Invention that combines cognitive science and technology to improve your well being and productivity! We have added what might be the world's first configurable "body scan" mindfulness meditation pack meant to help you prepare for sleep. With this pack, you can 1. set the direction of the body scan (top-down, bottom-up), 2. exclude certain regions of your body from the scan, 3. include a focused body scan, which zeroes in on a particular region of your body that needs special attention, 4. configure the speed of the scan, 5. tap into your brain's mapping of your peripersonal space, and 6. double-click the middle headset button to move onto a cognitive shuffle pack. "Body scanning" is a mindfulness meditation recommended by many psychologists. We call this an _affective_ body scan because it might help you accept and regulate your moods and emotions. This new pack has a natural (human) female voice. This version of mySleepButton also includes updated tutorials and various minor fixes.

1. On the Settings screen, we added support for filtering out unwanted words. For instance, if the word "Clown" bothers you, you can prevent mySleepButton from saying it by adding it to the "Words to Exclude" Setting. 2. Added better support for iOS 9. 3. Enhancements and changes to improve stability.

Fixed an issue where mySleepButton would not launch properly and yet it would appear in the list of active apps on double-touching the device's home button. Fixed reported crashes.

- Added Traditional Chinese packs. - In the last couple of minutes before the timer expires, the voice now gradually fades and the items are gradually spaced out beyond the inter-item slider. This is so that you are not woken up by the sudden stopping of audio. - Updated customer feedback questions.
