SetCue is the rest-first timer built for how you actually lift.
Most timers treat rest as an afterthought. SetCue puts it front and center: a big, glanceable countdown ring, smart cues when it's time to move, and a flow that keeps you in rhythm set after set.
QUICK START
Tap once and go. Pick how many sets, start lifting, and name the exercise later. No setup, no friction.
BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING
SetCue understands advanced set types out of the box:
- Straight sets
- Supersets
- Drop sets
- Rest-pause
- Clusters
- Circuits, pyramids, AMRAP, timed holds, and to-failure
Each type drives the right rest, the right prompts, and the right progress automatically.
STAY IN THE FLOW
- Live Activity & Dynamic Island: see your rest countdown and adjust by seconds without opening the app
- Apple Watch app: start, finish, and rest from your wrist
- Sound & haptic cues, plus a notification the moment rest ends
- Light, dark, or system appearance
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No tracking. No data leaves your phone. Just you and the bar.
Lift. Rest. Repeat with SetCue.
