Tags & Notes: Where Thoughts and Reminders Become One
Tags & Notes is a beautifully simple, all-in-one productivity app that merges your note-taking and task-tracking into a single, seamless experience. Built for people who think in ideas, lists, and deadlines, it keeps everything perfectly synced across all your Apple devices.
NOTES & REMINDERS, PERFECTLY COMBINED Why switch between a notes app and a reminders app? With Tags & Notes, every note is built from modular blocks. You can write down a brilliant idea, attach a checklist, and drop in a scheduled reminder right next to it—all inside the same note. Absolute focus, zero friction.
SEAMLESS iCLOUD SYNC Your ideas, wherever you go. Whether you're jotting down a quick thought on your iPhone, reviewing tasks on your iPad, or organizing your week on your Mac, Tags & Notes synchronizes instantly and securely via iCloud. Start on one device and finish on another without missing a beat.
TAGS THAT ACTUALLY WORK Organize your world with custom color-coded tags. Filter your entire library instantly with a single tap. Toggle between All, Tagless, or any custom combination using powerful multi-select support.
POWERFUL, FLEXIBLE REMINDERS Never let a deadline slip. Set one-time or recurring reminders—hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or fully custom intervals—directly inside your notes. Missed a reminder? Tags & Notes tracks past-due items automatically so you stay on top of everything.
INTERACTIVE CALENDAR VIEW Visualize your entire schedule on a beautiful calendar. Tap any day to see exactly what notes and reminders are scheduled, instantly sorted and filtered exactly how you want.
HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Glance at today's upcoming deadlines or quickly access your most recent notes right from your Home Screen, without even opening the app.
BUILT FOR PRODIGIOUS FOCUS • Reorder notes and blocks with intuitive drag-and-drop controls. • Lock individual blocks to protect your important entries from accidental edits. • Lightning-fast search across all your notes and individual blocks. • A Recently Deleted bin keeps your discarded notes safe for 30 days. • Tap any notification to navigate directly to the exact reminder inside your note.
Tags & Notes gets out of your way and lets you capture what matters most.
