TaskFlow empowers you to be more productive with a clean and intuitive interface that keeps you focused on your tasks that are planned in the Recreatex enterprise application. Moreover, you can set available time slots, depending on which the planner can assign you tasks. It also provides a clear overview of the booked places and allows you to manage booking-related tasks. For activities, you get a clear view of the participant list at your fingertips and mark attendance. Features: • Revamped app design and intuitive user experience. • Easy to get started with tracking and managing your tasks. • Manage tasks using multiple statuses such as to be confirmed, to-do, done, and rejected. • Set available time slots and let the planner know about your availability. • Comprehensive monthly overview of tasks, bookings, and activities. • Distinctive icons for bookings that indicate linked tasks, invoice status, and more. • Simple attendance management for activity participants. • Consult the participant’s medical remarks and other details. • Permission-based view of customer information, price details, and infrastructure. • Active user authentication to avoid unauthorised usage. • Enhanced performance and stability for a seamless experience. Recreatex compatibility: • Overall TaskFlow 2.1.0 is compatible with Recreatex 8.0.0 or above. • The feature to consult Participant extra information (Medical data and Allow to take photograph) is available when configured with Recreatex 8.2.1 or above. • The feature to set availability can be used when configured with Recreatex 8.3.1 or above.
