The Tempdrop app is designed to complement the Tempdrop device - a personalized user-specific thermometer that captures minute temperature variations throughout the night to pinpoint the basal body temperature. Detected variations in temperature correlate with hormonal fluctuations throughout the menstrual cycle. When used with the Tempdrop device, this app can help users to pinpoint ovulation and effectively track and predict the varying phases of the cycle. Disclaimer: The Tempdrop sensor and app are intended as complementary instruments to enhance your ability to monitor your fertility and share health details. The app and its wearable sensor, in themselves, are not, nor are they intended to be, a fertility monitor, a substitute for contraception, or a birth control method. No offline use

I really like the product and the thermometer, but I simply can’t accept the fact you can’t use the app offline. The thermometer only record 1 temp per 24hours, what if I am travelling and don’t have internet connectio?The only way to know the temp is to connect the device with the app but the app doesn’t open if you don’t have 3G or wifi.It doesn’t make any sense. I should be able to use the app and add my symptoms and temps anyway. Such an expensive product laking such basic user experience.

Thanks for your feedback. While Tempdrop does require internet connection to sync, the sensor can hold up to 24 hrs of data between syncs. This is equivalent to 3 8 hr nights of data. The team are working on expanding the storage in future versions.

Thanks for your feedback. While Tempdrop does require internet connection to sync, the sensor can hold up to 24 hrs of data between syncs. This is equivalent to 3 8 hr nights of data. The team are working on expanding the storage in future versions.
