The Utility Asset Vault app is a sales enablement tool to be used only by authorized Utility corporate and dealer sales personnel. Registration and password to access the app is required.

This app provides Utility sales representatives with the tools needed to elevate their sales potential and to always be in sync with available marketing and sales material. The app provides both confidential and non-confidential media that includes brochures, videos, white sheets, and sales resources.

The Utility Asset Vault app allows you to:

Easily access content - all brochures, videos and some presentations; online and offline
Plan for customer meetings
Send follow-up materials, and track if they have been viewed
Share marketing collateral with new and existing customers
Reference sales administration communications and documents

Version 5.3.0 includes the following updates:

* User can "Followup Now" on a per media item basis from the plus menu located on the media thumbnail within the app
* Advanced search - filter the list of tags after each tag is picked - show only the list of tags that would result in a match
