Payments and renewal:
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. The renewal happens on the same day of the billing cycle each month or year, depending on the plan.
Clients can cancel at any time from their dashboard. To avoid being charged again, they need to cancel before the next billing date. Once cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Leadership Works supports multiple payment gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and others, depending on the plan and region.
