We’ve improved call visibility across AceConnect. Here are the new updates: • Callers using the Aceconnect app can now view agent status on the dialpad and settings window • Agents can update their status to "Busy" or "Available" from the mobile app • Agents making internal calls can see their teammate’s extension name on the dialpad • Extension names are also visible in the active calling window for internal calls

We’ve fixed a critical bug to improve your experience on the calling platform: Dial pad now auto-removes unsupported characters from saved contacts and call history. This will help save agents time by streamlining dialing.

We’ve updated call dispositions! Here are the changes you can expect: Users can now assign up to 10 dispositions per call (previously unlimited). Supervisors and Admins can set this limit directly from their accounts. This helps keep call tagging neat and consistent across the platform. The new limit is live and visible in the call disposition section. This makes it easier to analyze call outcomes by focusing on the most relevant dispositions, improving reporting accuracy and team productivity.

Ace Connect Update: Added support for multiple labels (previously called dispositions). Labels can be managed from History, Answered Call, and Summary screens. Introduced new restrictions for route agent view. Admins can now choose a specific agent view from the portal, displaying selective information on the AceConnect Softphone. a. Extension- View team members and VoIP calls, corresponding to the agent's extension. b. Mobile- Enabled Click2Call support for outbound calling, and ongoing call banner pop up on the app. c. Both- View every detail relevant to the agent in a shared space. The route agent view label can be found in the settings panel. Bug Fixes: Number clears from the dialpad after outgoing call.

Inside the Contact Details page, there are two new options: 1) Add Schedule Call to easily schedule a call. 2) From the Contact Details page, tap on View Schedule Call to see all your scheduled calls, both upcoming and past, with options to edit or delete them. We’ve added the Add Schedule Call option to the Disposition Modal and Call Summary screens for quick scheduling. You can now view all your scheduled calls directly from the Settings screen with the new View Schedule Call option.

We’re back with a few handy enhancements to make your AceConnect experience smoother. Here’s what’s new: You can now manually refresh both, call log and contact screens. We've removed the auto refresh functionality. Contact details will be accessible from both the call log and contact screens. The call screen will now shut off when the phone is near your ear and reopen when moved away.

View contact name by dialing the number on the dialpad or quickly save it to AceX Contacts. The "Ace X" tab is now the default view on the Contacts page, so you land where it matters most. Initiate both blind and attended transfers directly from the UI by simply selecting a contact. Phone contact permission is now requested by default on the login screen. Bug Fix: Fixed call hang up crash issue. Enjoy a more stable calling experience.

Get a fresh update that enhances your AceConnect experience! Here’s what’s new: Call Summary Timeout - Set call summary timeout between 0–60 seconds, with default set to 7 seconds. Agent Name in Call Logs - View agent name in call logs by tapping on any answered call log. Extension Registration Status - Check team extensions' registration status right from the contact (Team) page—available now in the UK.
