Our app offers a comprehensive study experience with 120 question mock exams, six different categories to focus on specific areas, and detailed explanations and feedback to help students understand the material. Our home page offers three options: Practice Exams, Test Taking Tips, and About.
At the end of each mock exam or after practicing a category, you can see the overall results and a breakdown of every question you got wrong or right.
The Practice Exams section offers timed or untimed exams and six different categories to focus on specific areas of the exam. Categories include:
- Elementary Principles and Propagation of Sound through Tissue
- Transducers
- Pulse-echo Instrumentation / Imaging and Display
- Doppler Instrumentation, Color Flow and Hemodynamics
- Quality Assurance, Bioeffects, and Patient Care
- Artifacts.
The Test Taking Tips section offers expert advice on how to approach different types of questions and categories, as well as general advice on passing the exam.
The app is authored by Donna M. Perry BS, RDMS, RVT, a registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Ultrasound Instructor at Keiser University in Daytona Beach, Florida, with 10+ years of field experience and 20+ years of experience in teaching Cardiovascular Hemodynamics and Ultrasound Physics and Instrumentation.
