BlockBud, the productivity app is based on science(psychology) at its core. It helps you minimise your screen time and focus on your tasks by working on the triggers of motivation. Let's dig deeper on how this is the case:
Motivation is not a one size fits all solution, everyone has different factors that motivate them. Motivation often increases when a situation is personal because it is linked to intrinsic motivation, which is driven by internal factors like interest, personal satisfaction, and alignment with core values. In Blockbud, you can add your own images and customise what you see on your app block screen (that we call as focus screen) and this allows you to set those factors that motivate you on your app block screen. Or perhaps if you just want to go outside and touch grass without the apps distracting you, you can set a reminder about how beautiful the outside world is. Point being, Blockbud is entirely yours and you are free to use it in however your heart desires. Your data is 100% secure and never leaves your device so absolutely don't worry about that!
