Improved JSON export for 4 cylinder engines. For these engines only 4 EGT and CHT values are displayed. Fixed a bug where the JSON export of an EDM file crashed when a flight id was present in the file header with size equal to zero (and no data block available). The progress indicator now updates regularly again. This was broken after a recent refactoring.

Support of newer EDM device versions (EDM800, EDM830) Improved handling of units. Completely redesigned view of uploaded EDM files For each flight contained in an EDM file, show the following information: flight duration, fuel used peak values for CHT, EGT, DIFF temperature, OIL temperature show warnings: CHT exceeding alarm threshold, DIFF exceeding alarm threshold, OIL falling below minimum temperature threshold

Raw mode support. this will bypass the EDM parser and can hence act as an emergency mode in case the parser fails. Reset the progress bar when capturing is stopped. Disable trace on device. This was a developer-only feature anyway. Minor presentation improvements
