When the customers find the property details incorrect, CanAgents has a "Report-Property" function, where the property details are sent to the admin. The customers can share their personal views of his property whether they want to sell or rent it. For this, he gets a lead about the property, and he needs to fill-up the form. Then, the admin analyzes the property details and uploads them to the portal. Live chat functionality is available where the customers can even chat with the service provider.
