EMS is designed for businesses of all sizes to manage, maintain, communicate and automate HR processes, including applicant tracking, benefits management, time and labor management, performance management, time-off tracking, workflow management and payroll.
The CBIZ EMS mobile app gives employees access to Time and Labor Management, Benefit Management and Employee Self-Service functionality.
• Time and Labor Management - request time off and view your PTO summary directly from the mobile app. Employees on the go now have the convenience of clocking in and out through the app and managers have the visibility to review time cards.
• Benefit Management - Employees can review their benefit statements and download PDF statements.
• Employee Self Service - The employee directory offers the convenience of searching for employees by name, department or position from wherever you are with ease. Phone numbers and emails are linked within the search results to pull up email or call functions on the user’s phone when tapped. The mobile app also makes it easy to view and download your latest paycheck stub details.
