Built by a practicing school psychologist, and tested in the field. Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) is a daily behavior system commonly used in schools. Instead of filing the papers away, use CICO Behavior Analyzer to quickly track and analyze the data, along with recording intervention plan details. Set goals, track progress, send daily sheets home to parents, and print the reports your team needs to make MTSS/RTI decisions. SCORE POINT SHEETS IN SECONDS - Tap to score, or slide down the column for faster entry - Color-coded calendars show every day at a glance - Enter custom notes, adjust schedules on-the-fly DATA YOU CAN DEFEND - Aimlines, trend lines, 5-day averages, weekly growth, and a weeks-to-goal projection - Auto-record plan changes SEE THE PATTERN - Weekday comparison (Which days are worse?) - Period comparison and score distributions - Analyze common phrases that keep recurring in the notes ("refused work," "after recess") - Group analysis across a grade, a teacher, or your whole caseload to see who's responding and who isn't - Multi-year history for every student SET UP ONCE, REUSE ALL YEAR - Build a library of reusable rubric templates (Big 3 and Classroom Engagement are pre-loaded) - Create schedule templates to account for A/B days, early release, block scheduling, and more - Enter your intervention strategy and dosage details, and quickly share a summary with the team PRINT, SHARE, AND SEND HOME - Print point sheets for the student to carry and score during the day - Send the completed daily sheet home to parents, maintaining the home-school loop - Share progress reports and intervention summaries with your team - Export to Excel for unlimited analysis PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Student data stays private on your device (unless you share it) - Automatic and manual backups FREE AND PRO Free includes one student and 10 logged days. What's New Caseload Glance. A new screen at the top of the Students tab shows every student's status at a glance: Review the Plan, Watch, Ready to Fade, On Track, Ready to Start and more. Dots show the last 10 days and whether the goal was met each day. Automatic backups - The app backs up about 30 seconds after any change and whenever you leave the app, and keeps hourly snapshots. - Choose an iCloud Drive folder to keep a copy off your phone, then restore from it on a new iPhone. - Restore from any backup file (.zip or .json). - Better spreadsheet export. The Excel export now has real dates, bold frozen headers, readable columns first, and a Data Dictionary tab explaining every column. Student ID. An optional Student ID field; leading zeros are kept. Improvements - Opening a student on the Students tab selects them in Entries and Analysis. - Student filters now sit in a compact grid. - Printed reports and point sheets are US Letter size, and long notes continue neatly onto the next page. - Past school years open with "All" selected in Analysis. - The group calendar counts students only from the day they started. - Group analysis combines behaviors with the same name across students. - A new plan's goal date defaults to the end of that plan's school year. Fixes - Editing a saved day now shows the changes right away, and Cancel fully undoes them. - "Goal met" uses the rounded percent everywhere, so 90% with a 90% goal counts as met. - Re-applying a template no longer duplicates behaviors. - Period notes are kept when a day's schedule changes, and the app asks before removing a period that has a note. - "Mark all 2s" asks before overwriting existing scores. - Plan history and year-over-year comparisons stay with the right school year. - Short-range charts stay inside their frame. - Students in baseline show "baseline" instead of "under goal". - Rotating to landscape works when the phone is already sideways. - If the data can't be opened, the app shows a recovery screen instead of closing.
