When opened, the link launches the WMA and displays the provider’s message in a clean, user-friendly web interface. Until then, and for callers who have opted out or not opted in, the Text to Speech option will continue to display. Updated the user interface to support: 1. Completion Note Required – When enabled, users will be prompted to enter a note before completing an action. 2. Completion Note Template – A customizable template can appear in the note field to guide users in entering consistent, structured completion notes. In order to continue providing best-in-class products and experiences to our customers, we have made updates to the mobile app.

App users will be able to view the on-call calendar within the app. This will allow providers to know when they are on-call next and view the schedule for their different groups.
