Aurea CRM.Client is the mobile ACRM solution for providing access to your most important ACRM data and features on the road. Even in situations without network connection (e.g. while travelling), you can use CRM.Client's offline mode to review or update records and to prepare for your next customer meeting. In order to access your business data, a connection to the "mobile services" module must be available. Without this connection, please try the app's basic functionality in demo mode.
Please keep in mind that this is not an exact copy of the CRM.Pad application. All ACRM customers may use CRM.Client free of charge as it is already included in the license subscription!
Please follow the below steps to launch the app, login and use the app.
Step 1: Install the app on iPhone/iPad.
Step 2: In Safari, navigate to the following URL: http://66.94.99.130/demo/. Click on the "client link" for the environment: AureaTest
Step 3: Safari will show a confirmation dialog to "Open this page in 'CRM.Client?". Accept by clicking 'Open'.
Step 4: The 'CRMClient' app will open, with the 'AureaTest' server preconfigured. Now you can insert the provided credentials to log into the app.
Step 5: Select your desired language and continue.
Step 6: Be patient because the app will download the configuration and sample data.

New Features:
- Support for all standard pricing tables of the serial entry feature. You can now create offers and orders in CRM.Client using all your custom business pricing strategies such as bulk discounts, seasonal discounts, special offers etc.
- Document Generation and Signing: You can create several types of documents such as offers, orders and service reports that can be signed directly on the device. Custom templates for these documents can be set up that utilize your corporate branding.
- E-Mail Sending Right from The Device: CRM.Client now fully supports the usage of custom e-mail templates that can be populated with CRM Data and then be sent right from the device.
- Vicinity Search: The vicinity search is now available as a dashboard item and can be configured to show the user the location of all the activities that are scheduled for that day. It can also simply show the location of all companies or properties that are located around the current user position.
- Enabling Additional Filters for the Dashboard Configurations: We have added additional support for the filters that can be applied to your dashboard configurations such as support for all entries (activities, task) that are due within the next week, month, quarter or year, for example.
- Improved Search Capability for Dropdown Menus: It is now possible to type in the first letters of the entry that you are looking for and the system will redirect you to that entry. This is particularly useful if you have many dozens or even hundreds of entries in a dropdown menu and are tired of having to scroll all the way down to the entry that you are looking for.
- Auto-Login: You will be automatically logged into CRM.Client without having to press the login button or provide credentials.

Support for the History Feature was introduced with this version. Now, you can see the last records that you have opened within the recently used tab that can be accessed via the global search. From the history list of records, you only need to click on any of the records on the list and the system will open the overview page for that record.
The favorite feature is another new feature that has been included in version 1.3.140. This feature will allow you to add records to a list of favorites which can be accessed from the global search menu similar to the history feature. If you click on a favorite record, you will automatically be redirected to the record’s overview page.
You can add internal and external participants to activities now. This allows you to add additional participants to an activity.
You can add and edit contact times now for a company record.
You can add and edit multi-line comments now. This greatly enhances the usability of the comment feature as you have an overview of your entire comment while you write it. You can test this feature inside the company creation and edit mask.
You can add and edit interests now. This provides you with the ability to store additional information for contact persons and private customers such as which method of communication they prefer and how to best contact them with a promotion.
You can add and edit competitors. The competitor info area is available via the start page or the global search in our demo instance, for example.
You can add and edit notes for activities.

Hello Aurea CRM Client App users! We've made some important updates in this version to improve your experience. Below you can find some of the most important improvements that have been included with this new version.
General improvements:
Support for Device Time Zones when users from different time zones take part in an activity, they always see their local time on their device. For example, when a user in New York and a user in Berlin take part in the same activity, the user in New York will see the activity as beginning at 09.00 am Eastern Standard Time while the user in Berlin will see the activity as beginning at 3 pm Berlin Standard Time on their device.
Improved Demo Instance: You can now test an improved demo version of the ISI-Template of the app at your own leisure. Simply click on the “CRM Client” link that you can find in this dashboard http://66.94.99.130/demo/ and use the provided user name and password for the “Client” app.
We are constantly improving the available features in this demo version, so please make sure to always do a full sync from the settings menu before you do your testing. We are also going to add a demo version that is utilizing the LSI-Template in July!
Is it recommended to not share any sensitive information in this demo instance, as it is publicly accessible!
Further Improved Performance and Stability: Improved Workflow performance would allow you to see the standard workflows being conducted faster.

Fixed a bug that prevented users from creating a recurring activity with customers
Fixed a bug that made it impossible to retrieve online records from the main database unless the user restarted CRM client every 20-30 minutes

Version 1.1.1. includes support for the display of device time zones in cases where the device is connected to a VPN for security purposes. Before this change,
when you were planning an activity or task in CRM WEB and you wanted to check on it in CRM Client, CRM Client might have displayed a different time zone than
CRM Web because of the VPN connection to a server abroad. This has been fixed.
Please expect our next version (1.2.0) in this AppStore by June 30th, 2023.
