Added French language. Bug fix when used in "dark mode".

Implemented various xls template. Measurements can be taken in reverse order. The L/R radio buttons can be unchecked. List of registration arms can be edited on the settings page.

Added setting to enable continuous stagger measurements

- implemented new xls templates - made custom reg arms appear at the top of the drop-down list - corrected bug on share page on iPads running iOS13 or greater (share window would not appear)

Major improvements: - measure page can show a table of previous measurements (enable this in settings) - users can choose to start recording at a certain structure number - measure page can show historic or design values for the measurement in progress - can measure the catenary wire as well now - other smaller improvements

Bug fixed the issue of not being able to click on the "L" radio button on certain iPhones (reg. arm support). The feature to send measurement files by e-mail was replaced with the feature to share them. Multiple files can be shared at the same time.
